Mission Statement
Our mission at Emeric DeGaul Estate Broker is to conduct the sale process in an efficient and timely manner while maximizing the sale proceeds. We are primarily contracted to establish a price for your merchandise, and to then bargain on your behalf in order that the maximum amount of your merchandise may be successfully sold. The general idea is that neither you nor our company want to see a lot of unsold merchandise at the end of the sale process.

Qualifications
Emeric has over 20 years of experience in the estate sale business, having personally managed the liquidation of personal property items for more than one-thousand private estates and charitable trusts in the greater Dallas area.
